Townend Farm is a large farmhouse decorated and furnished to a very high standard, constructed from local sandstone in the 1800s set in its own grounds with our own original Well and stunning countryside views.
We offer ample parking and also secure storage for motorbikes or cycles is available. This is a fantastic area to visit with the delights of the beautiful North Yorkshire Moors & Heritage Coastline. Take in the naturally stunning Countryside and the Spectacular coastline.
We are nestled in the heart of the small village of Easington, at the gateway to the North York Moors National Park ideally situated on the A174 Coast Road between the picturesque coastal towns of Saltburn and Whitby.
Whitby is a working fishing port, renown for the dramatic tales of dracula by Bram Stoker, also the historic base of Catain James Cook & more recently of TV fame included in ITV's Heartbeat and The Royal.
So why not make Townend Farm your base whilst exploring this area, with local attractions such as Eden Camp or take a trip on the North Yorkshire Moors Railway there is always something for everyone.. Take in the coastal treasures of Staithes, Runswick Bay and Saltburn or visit the market town of Guisbrough. Larger citys such as York are within reach.
